Who We Are
Hi, I’m Carole Golledge, founder of Design Create Inspire.
For over 20 years, my husband and I have been passionate property investors and renovators—something we pursued on weekends alongside our full-time careers. From transforming our own homes to renovating investment properties, we’ve done it all: renting them out, renovating to sell, and styling them to perfection.
My professional background has been in banking, finance, and, for a time, local government. But whenever I spoke about interiors—colours, textures, architecture, and functionality—my heart would sing and a light would turn on. It’s what truly makes me happy... and so, Design Create Inspire was born.
Friends had told me for years, “You should be doing this full time!” But it wasn’t until a couple of real estate agents echoed that sentiment that the idea finally clicked—and I decided to turn my passion into a business.
